Our Garden Wedding -- Pictorial (2nd Installment)

Pagpasensyahan nyo na ang kaartehan naming mag-asawa. Actually, kulang pa to kasi nagmamadali kami sa photoshoot dahil sabi ng tito ko, wag daw pagantayin yung mga tao. Kaya ayun, konti lang pictorial namin nung may araw pa. Pati mga photog namin, bitin na bitin sa pictorial. Sobrang nag-enjoy din sila sa kakulitan namin ni Adrian. :)

Credits to the master photog of our wedding na naging kaibigan din namin, Wen Gonzales. Pinakilala siya ni Cheska (kilala nyo na siya if nababasa nyo yung mga previous posts ko dati. Haha!) Sobrang bait ni Wen at ang galing pa! Sobrang natuwa kami ng asawa ko sa mga creative shots nya. :) Kitang-kita ang passion niya sa photography.

Our Garden Wedding -- Ceremony (1st Installment)

Ganyan namin kamahal ang isa't-isa. Dalawang kasal.

Since masyado kaming madaming pictures (thanks to Wen Gonzales, the greatest photographer of all time! Thanks sa discount! :)) hahatiin ko and wedding blog ko into four installments-- Ceremony, Pictorial, Preparation, Reception.

Basically, dito sa ceremony, makikita nyo yung mga kamag-anak at friends naming mag-asawa. Hehe. Saan pa ba namin kukunin ang entourage namin?

Siyempre, di mabubuo ang kasiyahan naming magasawa kung hindi magiging kabahagi ang mga mahal namin sa buhay at mga malalapit na kaibigan. Lahat ng kakilala namin, gusto namin maramdaman nila na importante sila lahat sa aming mag-asawa. Nagpapasalamat ako na naging posible yun, kahit na wala naman talaga kaming malaking budget para sa kasal, nairaos namin ang aming kasal. Naimbita namin lahat ng gusto namin imbitahin ng walang restrictions, at nakapunta ang lahat ng gusto pumunta na walang ikinakabahala na baka magkulang ang handa, etc.

Ang mga bawat sandali sa garden wedding namin ay hindi namin malilimutang mag-asawa, dahil dito ay naging malapit kami lalo sa isa't-isa. Nakilala naming lalo ang isa't isa. Nakakilala kami ng mga bagong tao sa preparation. Nangailangan kami ng tulong ng mga tao. Nakita namin kung sino ang mga taong handang tumulong-- na ang pamilya lang ang masasandalan mo sa panahon ng pangangailangan. Ang kaibigan ay nandyan din, pero higit na iba ang tulong na nanggagaling sa kapamilya. Puro, walang hinihintay na kapalit.

Para ma-feel nyo yung setting, eto yung garden wedding set-up. Tinulungan kami ng churchmate namin from Victory San Pablo na naga-aral ng interior designing. Since churchmate namin siya at ang ministry nya ay tumulong talaga sa mga tao, free ang services. Yung mga gamit na lang talaga yung binayaran namin.

 

We rented bubble machine for 500 pesos to add an intimate ambience sa garden.

 The band we rented, also our churchmates. So discounted din. :D All of their family members are all musicians, from kalolo-lolo-han down to their generation-- kaya sobrang galing nila.

Let my Summer 2014 Begin NOW!!! :)

I am happy because...

- Our meeting tomorrow was moved on Monday. I can relax and do my backlogs tomorrow and the on the day after tomorrow. I am always happy whenever I can do my backlogs because a sign that I have nothing urgent in my to-do list.

- BU7 on Saturday! I am super uber excited. This time, my tita and I will combine our forces to shop till we drop! I also have a high expectation that this will be the best BU I will attend ever. :) Moreover, with our anticipated Boracay trip to celebrate Miguel's first birthday, I wish I can find and buy at least one swimming attire there. :)

- Family swimming this coming Sunday! My tito just went back home all the way from Qatar and will be here in the Philippines for around two months. To celebrate the moments that he's here, he will be throwing a pool party for us. Miguel's first swimming in a pool, if ever-- if the water is not too cold for him, then we can let him swim.

So many things to look forward to. I thought it would be another boring summer year for me because last year's summer, I was pregnant, so no summer outing for me at that time. Last last year, I got married. My whole summer was spent on wedding preps.

So now, it is my time to shine this summer! :) I am so excited this weekend. :)

Miguel's 1st Amazing Year

Miguel inside my tummy a day before his birthday. Kitang-kita kung pano siya humihinga sa tubig. :)

Eto yung 1st day ni Miguel na dalhin sa room ko. After ko siya ipanganak, sa NICU siya for about two days.

Eto naman yung iniuwi na namin si Miguel sa bahay.

Eto yung 27th birthday celebration ko- 2 weeks old si Miguel. Official welcome home party na din namin para kay Miguel. Picture with my highschool best of friends. :)

Ganito siya pag sa bahay nung 3 months old siya...

Ganito naman siya ka-amo nung 1st VTR nya. :)

March 23, 2014 -- Inay's 74th bday celeb. Miguel's 9th month

April 2014 - Ate Cel visited Philippines for her birthday - 10th month

May 2014 - Drive ng drive, wala naman gasolina! Hehe. - 11th month

And at his 12th month, and to also celebrate Miguel's existence, we went to Boracay to have him enjoy the finest sand and clearest water at the same time and place, since mahilig din naman siya maglandi ng tubig at lupa. Hehe.

All I can say is I love you Miguel. I might not be at your side all the time because I work a lot but Lola Mommy and Lola Tuhod is there for you while I'm at work. I will make sure every weekend is our playtime. :) I pray for your good health always. Happy birthday tutoy!
